With over 30 years experience in the flooring industry we can provide knowledgeable advice for your unique floor requirements. At Floor Restorations we repair and restore timber floors in both residential and commercial properties across the Auckland region.

We use guaranteed quality products to ensure that your wooden floors restoration is of the highest standard. Floor Restorations can also stain your timber floor to match your existing décor and furnishings.

For those clients who are concerned about large gaps between the floorboards these can be filled using a special epoxy filler which can be tinted to match the timber.

At Floor Restorations we use:

  • Water-borne polyurethanes and stains
  • Organic floor varnishes – for those who want natural coatings
  • Hard wax and natural oils – for a more traditional look

Thanks for a fantastic job done on restoring our flooring that was under an old bathroom (now part of a new corridor). You wouldn’t be able to tell the old and now newly done floors start and finish!
The new stairs that were stained and polished also look great and match well considering they are in pine and the original flooring is rimu – we understand the colour variations are part and parcel on this particular area and are very happy with the over all finish.
